Rehab #8, Wenham – More Issues


As I wrote in a previous post, the past several weeks at the Wenham project have brought nothing but bad news.  First, the roof had to be rebuilt due to insufficient framing, and then the back room due to considerable rot.  On top of all of that, I was given more bad news last week. 

Rehab #8, Wenham – Inspection Update


As I mentioned in my previous post, the building inspector came out to the property yesterday to walk through the house and to make sure we have an appropriate plan for the rebuild.  After going through the house with our contractor, he was pleased to see that we were taking the time to rebuild the roof.
